– Unless expressly stated otherwise, the person who associated a work with this deed makes no warranties about the work, and disclaims liability for all uses of the work, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
– When using or citing the work, you should not imply endorsement by the author or the affirmer.
Upload of images
By uploading Images to the Service, you agree to release images in the public domain according to CC0 License (https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/). The person who associated a work with this deed has dedicated the work to the public domain by waiving all of his or her rights to the work worldwide under copyright law, including all related and neighboring rights, to the extent allowed by law.
You are solely responsible for the Content you upload. You warrant that:
– you own all proprietary rights in the Content you upload to the Website and that the Content does not infringe the copyright, property right, trademark or other applicable rights of any third parties.
You accept that HiSVG cannot be held responsible for the acts of its users, including any misuse or abuse of any Content you upload.
We also reserve the right to remove any Content at any time if we believe it’s defective, of poor quality, or in violation of these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiSVG from and against any and all loss, expenses, damages, and costs, including without limitation reasonable attorneys fees, resulting, whether directly or indirectly, from your violation of the Terms. Changes
